Visited around 11:30 for lunch. Hoping for chicken to be just cooked and fresh. Heck no! They served me yesterday’s fried chicken. Chicken was hard and dried. This is absolutely not acceptable. Please do not serve old Fried chicken for not only for freshness but also for health quality.

This place never gets your order right. I don’t know what the problem is here. I did here the one worker tell 3 females that spoke only Spanish that they need not worry as he would hook them up with a job in the back so long as they can work fast. SMH. Just because my skin is white doesn’t mean I don’t know Spanish. I order from Uber eats to get my order and half was missing. I had to call Uber to let them know so I could be refunded and then drive to kfc just so I could get my food. What a waste of my time. Get the order right or get another job seriously.

This visit was a huge disappointment,I ordered a chicken pot pie, two mashed potatoes a chicken breast original,my order started out wrong unacceptable,hair follicle inside the box,I asked them to replace,they did,I thought the meal was fresh,tiil I immediately got diarrhea,a day and a half I’m still experiencing the runs I’m so drained, when I asked to use the restroom,it looked ok ,until to my surprise there was no toilet paper in both dispensers,I brought it to the attention of the manager,she didn’t show any concerns,and wouldn’t give me her name, literally,please inspect all meals and be aware of contamination,

This KFC is not bad the chicken is good to Services nice the employees are somewhat rude yet somewhat very calm the restrooms are somewhat filthy when we get there the tables are dingy and dirty the fountain drinks in the in the soda area smells weird and the employees aren’t very professional but since this is the only KFC that’s close to my house I can’t hate too much on it because I love I love chicken and I love chicken a lot like chicken and fried whoever created that are geniuses Fried Chicken God I love KFC and their chicken.

They gave me old fries the chicken sandwich that I ordered was tough it’s like it’s been there all day it was tough and dry this is the one I usually don’t go to but I thought okay I’ll try this one the one on State College in Lincoln is better are you for this one I’m never coming back here again I’ve never been so disappointed I waited 12 minutes and that wasn’t even busy there was no one in the drive-through there was maybe one person that was there and it’s the one person that works there another person behind your counter so I don’t know what their excuse poor service I’m very happy customer

Customer service was not good. I was told oh you forgot your drink. No I never got it because the drive thru cashier didn’t give it to me. I got no receipt. Instead of saying you forgot your drink, I should have gotten a sorry for the inconvenience. Please do better, I’ve also have worked at a fast food place before. I know it’s a lot of work. I cannot believe how much they fill up the mashed potatoes in the family orders they don’t fill them up like before. It’s like on blob of scoop and that’s it. Yall use to fill them up. What happened you raise prices we pay right. I couldn’t belive it when I was serving my family. My kids even asked why the mashed potatoes finished so damn quick.

Food good, but very poor drive-thru sevice. The guy at the drive-thru talk box greeted me with a “yo”. Later when I got to the window, he asked me if I wanted honey/butter for my biscuit. I turned to my wife to ask her and when she paused foe a second to think about it, he said “yes or no?!” Most of the time, employees for KFC are good, but this guy apparently thought he was working a food line at a concert or something.
