Pulled up and ordered. We did notice a very drastic increase in price from other locations. We ordered 2 meals, box of dilly bars and 2 pup cups came to $53. Wow. We paid and had to wait. They gave us our ice cream first. Odd to me to hand us ice cream and wait for our food but ok. Got home we got 2 chicken strip meals, they where not in standard dq boxes, they had crinkle fries and no toast. When going to dq you expect the same things between all locations. This location seems to not be following corporate standards and it’s a shame. specially for spending that much you expect great quality food. I will just go to Mandan from now on. Better pricing and same great quality food you would expect.

Ordered the blizzard of the month confetti cookie batter. I did not get what I paid for as they had run out of some of the ingredients. If it is not made as it is advertised it should not be on the menu!!!!! Was not even offered a discount or coupons.

We had to wait in a long line for nearly 45 minutes (comprised of maybe 8 cars), just to arrive at the window. We were greeted by what I can only assume is THE most high person I have met at an establishment. They took our money, and then proceeded to give us the wrong order, and after a moment of correction; asked us to pay again. Despite the fact we paid just before the order mix-up! The lobby was closed, and we’re certain it’s because of their state of high that they couldn’t manage proper service. The ice cream was fine, hard to mess that up at least…

$2.99 is what the drive thru order board says for a small dipped cone. The person told me my total was $9.61 for the 2 I ordered. Thought it was a joke. They said prices increased. Well thanks but then change the prices on your advertising board so people know what a rip off the new prices are. You’re telling me they increased the small cone $1.50 so each one is now $4.50? So I paid $10 for two of the SMALLEST cones I’ve seen in my life. And apparently they weigh the cones to make sure you get the smallest portion imaginable.

It’s overly slow. Didn’t receive a soft drink with order after being in line for 30 minutes. Went inside and had to catch shift leader for cup. Thought we had full order but found we were missing large order of cheese curds also. Some what our fault. But come on. Can’t window make sure it’s complete, too? Called the store to complain, and nobody answered and voicemail full. I’m going back tomorrow as large order of curds isn’t cheap.

Absolutely do not go here unless you like being gouged on prices. The prices of this store are $5-$10 higher than other stores and the quality is horrible. It’s worth the drive to the other stores in town to avoid these prices and product.

Food is good, though the store is often short-staffed. Several times went in for lunch and the whole place: register, kitchen, and drive thru were done by one overwhelmed person.

Service was fast and friendly. The burgers were good – and they must have changed their French fries. They are now a seasoned fry, and they were very good. And of course, you can’t forget the ice cream. Winter or not, a hot fudge sundae always hits the spot.

Was kind of slow to get food. The food was nice and hot when I did get it and loved the double cheese burger.

While I wasn’t expecting an amazing culinary experience, I wasn’t expecting to have to fight flies for what appeared to be day-old chicken strips either. A truly disappointing experience.
