The ladies in there are awesome! Very fast service in-and-out, and they make your order the right way the first time. I used to come here every morning to grab my wife some coffee, and she loved the coffee every time. I need to start visiting again! 4 out of 5 for the service and kindness of staff.

Whoever was working the drive thru at 1pm on Thursday, August 17th needs to be let go. I pulled in to the drive thru and sat there for 5 minutes. Nobody said anything so I thought maybe it was closed. Rounded the corner and saw a car at the drive through window with somebody inside. They ignored me completely for 5 minutes to finish 1 order for 1 car. Waiting is fine, it happens, but at least acknowledge and say “I’ll be right with you.” So I don’t assume you’re closed.

The line in the more is absolutely ridiculous. This location is specifically designed for drive thru only. The response time should be better than what it is currently. Otherwise the service is great, the drinks are made correctly, the food is usually cooked to order.

Horrible service! I have bought tons of drinks and never had a store to fill my cup less of milk trying to charge me extra. Horrible service! I already paid extra and simply asked for less ice. Customer service goes a long way. I’ll never support this store ever again! I didn’t pay over $6 for a large cup of nothing!

I’m not someone that likes to give bad reviews but I have to say my experience here today was disappointing. I went through the drive-thru to get something quick to eat because I’m breastfeeding and needed a quick snack so I ordered an avocado toast and a few more items from the menu. To my surprise when I get home my toast was completely burn and I realized I never got the hot chocolate I ordered. What bothers me is that the toast is something that’s prepared in the moment which means they saw the bread was burned and still used it and served it to me… I’ve worked in both restaurants and customer service before and this is just unacceptable! We buy food based on what we like or crave in the moment and to go home and get this is upsetting!

Went there this morning and got a chicken croissant with no cheese or bacon with a frozen hot chocolate and hash browns. It was a terrible experience. I wanted breakfast before our 5 hour car ride to Miami. When I got the drink, it was melted. Like not even frozen and it tasted horrible. It wasn’t at all like it usually tastes. Let me throw in there that I LOVE dunkin and I usually go to the one further down south Dale mabry because it’s closer to my house but I had to run errands and this location was closest to me.. besides the drink being melted, the chicken croissant I had was soggy and the chicken was raw!! I spit it out so fast. My boyfriend turned around and said he’d let them know and to ask for a refund bc I wasn’t gonna waste money on something that’s raw and can make anyone severely sick. So he went back and asked for a refund and denied him one because there wasn’t anyone there to give one. That’s just unprofessional. There should always be a manager available or a shift leader who is trained in doing so in situations like this. So they made him take another food item even after being told we didn’t want more food, just a refund. that’s also just gonna go to waste because I genuinely didn’t wanna eat anything else from there. So I paid for a raw chicken sandwich, & given a random food item that’s just gonna be trashed. Thank you dunkin! Definitely will not be going to this location.
