Rude, and not clean at all. Lobby is a mess every time I go in. It appears no one cleans the bathrooms either. I also have seen many pizza screens on the floor. Employees just kick them around instead of picking them up.

You know I normally wouldn’t give a 5 star review. But having mentioned that I say this. The quality at this location is second to none. My family frequently visits this location. We had a small bit of trouble with an order and the manager/ owner, more than made up for it. It was beyond what I would have expected as I would’ve been happy with a simple apology. This place will continue to be our regular pizza place for family pie night.

The food was amazing! We love 45 minutes away so we ordered they said 45 minutes, well we drove all the way there and they hadn’t even started it so we had to sit in the parking lot another 30 minutes. We didn’t complain because the 3 cooks and 3 of 4 drivers were literally working their butts off!

We called in our order and they told us and estimated time for it to be ready. It was done a few minutes before. There were plenty of toppings and cheese. We love Papa John’s pizza, it is always delicious.

I called in to order the epic stuffed crust pizza and a few garlic sauces this evening.The order taker was very unprofessional and sounded as if he didn’t even want to be working, I asked him what size this pizza comes in he replied medium and large. So I placed an order for a large for pickup/carry out. Picked it up and took it home and it was not the pizza I ordered at all. Instead I was given a non stuffed crust pizza, with pepperoni and mushrooms. I paid for an epic stuffed crust and didn’t receive it. Only thing that was right was two garlic sauce cups.

Why did I ask for the customer appreciation special and was told that they could do a large 2 toppings for $10.74. When I went to pick up the pizza on the counter was a piece of paper advertising for the customer appreciation special for $6.99 for a large 2 topping pizza.

Made an online order, it stated 14 to 24 minutes. We got there 30 minutes after the order was placed, was in there for about 5 or so minutes with nobody greeting us or acknowledging us and was finally told we’d still have over a 30 minute wait. We canceled the order and went to Chipotle. I understand things happen, but to ignore customers and be over 30 minutes late on an order without notifying the customer is just bad service.
