The employees are ridiculously rude. I went up to one of them and showed them my phone to let them know I ordered online through doordash and the employees did not believe I ordered anything even though I had the online page up that says “show employee order when you get there” I told the employees the name of the order and everything and they were still doubtful to give me my food even though I saw it right behind the food bar. I told them I think that is my order right there and they ignored me. I told them again and the employee responded to me with a “WHAT” . Eventually they agreed to give me my food. I told them some of the ingredients I ordered like how I got double chicken and they replied “YES WE KNOW WHATS IN HERE”. The employees are why I am giving this experience a 1/5 they are arrogant and rude and I would not want to go back.

My food was cold. The young guy taking the orders sounded like he had a mouthful of gumballs. I had to ask him to repeat everything 3 times and even then someone else took over and didn’t listen to what we were asking and gave us the wrong info. The food and service was absolutely horrible. I won’t return.

is easily one of the healthiest and fastest food establishments in University Hts. My first time dining, and I was able to place my dine in order in 15seconds. The food was tasty as well. I enjoyed orange chicken honey walnut shrimp and veggie fried rice with sweet & sour sauce. Great eats!

I recently visited Panda Express in University Heights and it was a highly disappointing experience. I arrived at 9:15 pm on a Saturday, but they claimed to be closed. The staff was incredibly rude, displaying a complete lack of customer service skills. I strongly recommend avoiding this Panda Express location and finding better dining options in the area.

9/1/21 I enjoy an occasional Americanize Chinese food every once in a while and Panda Express is one of my go to. Their food quality is pretty consistent. But just like any other place where the employee scoops your food into a container, sometimes you get more food, sometimes you get less. This most recent visit, I felt I got a skimpy portion of food. The girl who served me seemed new and very inexperienced. I saw other employees scooping bigger portions for other orders. I felt awkward to say anything so I let it go. Maybe that was the universe’s way of telling me to eat less lol
