Rating this food truck as someone who was raised in California and loves Mexican food! The street tacos were AMAZING! The meat is really good and doesn’t have a lot of fatty bits on it, seasoned perfectly just like the street tacos in California which is pretty hard to find here. The only couple complaints I have is the rice wasn’t that appealing to me, it was a bit bland and the beans were extremely watery and also bland. i love refried beans but this was like bean soup.

We have enjoyed dinner from El Taco Fresco twice, and we plan to continue!! Burritos are incredibly good – and gigantic! Asada fries were delicious and the presentation knocked it out of the park. So grateful we found this place. Give it a try, you won’t be sorry.

You NEED to try this new food truck! The street tacos are to die for. The burritos may be the biggest, and best, in town. Prices are so good you could cry. His spin on the red/green salsa will excite any fan of salsa. It’s just all-around amazing. And I’m picky about my Mexican food. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Pork burrito, shredded beef bowl, and breakfast burrito were delicious and fresh! Took 5 minutes to get our food. Nice covered area for seating or and dogs. Service was great. Drive through available. Highly recommend!

Stopped here on a whim, it was really good! I had an Asada burrito which was very big and very tasty. Their red salsa is great and fairly punchy, the green salsa was absolutely phenomenal (even though it came in a little baggy). Probably the best I’ve ever had, it complimented the burrito nicely. The place is kind of in the cut behind the A.M./P.M. gas station on gateway. If the rest of their food is as good as the Asada, then this place is one to consider if you’re in the Gateway mall area. Will return to do some more er…uh…research.

Shari’s is what it is; a modern coffee shop/restaurant. Good food, served hot & service is consistently good. Pies are always fresh & seasonal, guarantying a sweet, tasty ending to meal. Seemingly always open Shari’s is a welcoming beacon to hungry locals and travelers alike.
