I got one of the caramelicious muffins, I didn’t eat it until I got home, but it was still nice and warm by the time we got home. The only downside was that it was a bit extra crumbly, so I had to eat it with a fork. Otherwise, it’s very good. And I got the peanut butter crunch blender with an extra shot of espresso

Everyone that works here seems to be very friendly and like their jobs. The coffee drinks are good but the Red Bull drinks aren’t good anymore now they are using their own brand of energy drinks. I like the everything bagel sandwiches but the bagel is often hard since they are cooked in the microwave.

My son and I had the BEST experience this morning after our gym session! I wish I caught the girls name but she was so friendly and genuine especially at 5:45 am!! My 12 year old son even said wow she was so nice mom I hope we get her every time! Thanks for being a great example of how to talk to and treat people it does matter… we wish we got the name of the girl but she’s on 90th and 370 and played college basketball. Thanks again you made our day!! Oh and my son wanted to add a breakfast sandwich after we placed our order and he was scared to ask he was afraid they would be mad… she was so nice about it and gave him suggestions on what to get and he loved her suggestion on the everything bagel sandwich!

I came late in the day, around 6:00 p.m. but—- I was surprised to find the drip coffee wasn’t hot. There was a line, and perhaps my coffee was poured before I got to the window, but it was surprising. I mentioned it to the employee, and they replaced the coffee, but the coffee served after was about the same temperature. (Not at all slick, just assuming a lot about the intelligence of the customers.)

Feels like the atmosphere has changed. It feels like this particular scooters that I visit often went from a friendly atmosphere to a robot atmosphere. I asked one of the employees and they said they let one of the managers go. I asked if it was the really super outgoing friendly guy and they said yes. Don’t quite understand what happened there but feels like the party has left the building. Now it sounds like they’re all robots. I hope the scooter isn’t going to lose that friendly outgoing personal atmosphere. Starbucks is just down the road.

I am amending my review of the customer service. Today 8/8/23 my husband and I order 2 peanut butter power blenders. When the girl hands them to us, she can clearly see one is dripping from overfill and she just stands there because my husband still tips her. She just waits on the tip and ignores the request for napkins. Now it has dripped on my work clothes, my seats, my console, and my work bag. If you want to be in customer service then deliver good service or find another job. Clearly this young girl has no clue. What should have been a good morning turned into a terrible start. Thank you! I will not be back. Awful!!!
