Excellent authentic native food friendly and efficient personal. Also pet friendly with a great outdoor dinning area! One of my favorites here in Bishop. Also plenty of parking for RVers with trailers back on Warren street, short walk to establishment

This is a great place. I travel to Bishop at least once a year and this is my go to restaurant. I can’t say enough about the atmosphere, food and service. My buddy recommends the beans…very good! I had a Palapas tacos..also some of the best I’ve had. Try this place. It won’t disappoint!

Service and food are fantastic! We have been on the road for two and a half weeks and this place by far is our favorite. Get the Cancun enchiladas. They are amazing and unique. Best Mexican food I have ever had. Thank you

Super friendly staff and their food was SO tasty – especially the salsa and their specialty, chicken Acapulco. Plus there was a lovely back patio for an outdoor dinner when in Bishop!

A friend and I ate there 5/27/23, and it was absolutely the best Mexican food I’ve had in a long time! The staff and our waitress were great, and the margaritas were delicious! I will definitely be going back!

This was my first time to try out Amigo’s, and seeing they had 4.5 stars I figured it would a great place to try. I ordered a Burrito to go. I wanted Al Pastor which is my favorite meat for a burrito. I told the waitress that I wanted Carne Asada seeing they didn’t have Al Pastor. I ordered rice, whole beans, lettuce, and cheese. No guacamole, no sour cream no salsa, no Pico. I received my order and took it with me on the road to enjoy. Well when I opened up the container the burrito wasn’t wrapped, but basically just folded on the sides, and on the ends, I could not even pick it up because all the ingredients would have fallen out, and because they put hot sauce over the top of the burrito so I couldn’t pick it up. Inside was only meat, lettuce, and beans, NOT what I had asked for. I have had burritos all over CA., AZ., NM., and I can truly state this was the poorest example of a burrito I have ever consumed. Now I cannot speak about their other items, I did not try them, but I suggest to anyone who plans to eat at Amigo’s, make real sure they understand what it is you want, and double check your order if it’s take out. P.S. This burrito also cost $14.00….YIKES! I partially blame myself for not going back, but I was just to far away, and too hungry to have them make it over.

So impressed by this place. We walked in on a busy Saturday night and it was packed. We were seated in 10 minutes, food was delicious, service was prompt and friendly, everyone was on their game and we were out of there in time to make an event. I’ll be back every trip to bishop from now on.

This little treasure is right on the main drag in Bishop. It’s really worth the visit if you are around for their business hours. Potion sizes are good and the food was delicious.
