Went through drive through. Breakfast wrap was cold, cheese not melted & wrap tasted somewhat wet and doughy. I didn’t even receive one napkin with my meal. Coffee was good though prefer a domed lid to avoid spillage in the car. Didn’t have much service or atmosphere other than taking my order and handing me my bag and coffee.

Slow service and the order wasn’t even correct. We ordered a caramel iced latte that came without caramel. My iced capp was supposed to be made with milk but tasted like cream. The wait was incredibly long even though only 2 cars were in front of us.

I was here for a quick lunch yesterday. The service here was horrible. The associate who helped me was so irritated and was very rude. He was so annoyed that I asked extra caramel and sugar on my coffee. The food was good overall but am definitely not returning to this location. The service in this location needs a lot of improvement.

I love Tim’s but when I say that any time before 11am the drive thru is backed all the way in to the entrance to the plaza. Then…I got out of my car one day and ordered my coffee inside…..I was in and out in 2 minutes flat. Bottom line, Timmy’s coffee is almost worth the wait but the sheer elation you get from not being that guy in line, priceless.
