I placed an order though the app and then as I’m tracking my order and I’m standing outside waiting when I seen it said 2mins away and then less than 30 seconds later it said delivered and when I called they said I a refwith 3-5 days depending on my bank and then told me I had to order again and as I was saying I’m not paying for another order I was hung up on by the lady that answered. Which was very rude of her and I am the customer that someone delivered my order to someone else without checked that is the correct person by asking the name on the order not saying the name and saying delivery as I feel the delivery driver had done which is complete bull and I spent $50 on that food for me and my kids. They did not offer to even call the driver or anything to see what happened and why didn’t they ask the name that was on the order before giving the order to a random stranger knowing that if an person did not order something and it’s free food of course they will say yea they ordered it. They need to start checking ID’s to make sure it’s the correct person to prevent negative reviews they would get because of mess ups like this and my kids are hungry having to wait again for food. That right there put a bad taste in my mouth about this service and professionalism they need to check their drivers

I got the wrong order. I was On the phone for about 30 mins. I had to drive there and show up to the location. When I arrived to the location, I was still on hold. When I arrived the employees were dancing and socializing on their cellphones while people are on hold on the phone. I ordered 2 large one no cheese and the other only cheese plus a 2 litter drink. They were rude and said “I’m not remaking your pizza even if the order is wrong.” I will be contacting head quarters because after years of ordering here I refuse to get this type of treatment. If I could give negative stars I would not even any type of apology from them. Christi she said her name was “in charge of the shift” and they didn’t give me my drink that I paid for I definitely want my money back.

The ghetto. Absolutely horrible service. I ordered a Ny style pizza for curbside pickup. Pulled up. Waited 15 mins after checking in. No pizza. I can the store. The guy answers and says oh yea its ready. I am off anyone can bring it out. He says “Oh naw…. u gotta come get it yourself”….. mind u i definitely chose curbside. And I wasn’t even acknowledged until I called the store. I get home and find out its a regular pizza. Not a NY Style. Never again. I call customer service. They say the manager will reach out. They have NOT reached out.

Absolutely worst customer service! Ordered pizza for no contact delivery. No contact and no pizza is what I got. They use door dash. Door dash shows pizza outside of door but not my door. Papa Johns ask me if I would like a refund. I said yes, but then she says she can’t process the refund. I need to contact door dash and there is nothing they can do. Beware!!!!!!!!

Pizza destroyed. Was told by manager since I didn’t call that night there was nothing that would be done and that I “always should have time” to call in with a food issue. That I knew nothing about customer service and basically was 100% my fault as a paying customer since I couldn’t call in till the next business day. Insane. Never go here. The manager is so rude you cannot even get a point across without being dismissed. And I thought to Dominios was bad in the area. Ouch. Long time customer lost over this.

I’m not a big fan of Papa John’s pizza (I personally prefer pizza hut or domino’s) but if you are in the area this will definitely work my only complaint is they use entirety to much pizza sauce and not enough toppings.
