Ordered four dipping tacos. Absolutely love them before when I ordered them about a week before today. Went to eat them within five mins of my drive from taco bell. They were not even able to be picked up nor even able to be dipped. Went to get it remade just to find a hair in my taco… Not worrying about going back. Usually don’t post reviews, but this pissed me off. Hope a review my help get something resolved with the services…

When I went there today the associate working drive through had a poor attitude and was being very snide sounding, refusing to honor THEIR coupon which states “buy ANY menu item get one FREE.” The only restrictions on said coupon was it had to be equal or lesser value,. I feel like this is false advertisement, needless to say after the employees attitude and the store refusal to honor THEIR own coupon we felt it put a big damper on our celebration meal that we were trying to have.

The services through Door Dash and other delivery services are available all the time, convenient, and customer service is excellent. But the dining experience or going through the drive-thru at Taco Bell is usually chaos, confusion, wrong order, long wait, and the food is usually wrong or wrong or it’s messy an employee they’re always rude especially in order is wrong and they need to fix it! They need to fix customer service and rethink how their employees act in a workplace because it’s very unprofessional!
