I can’t recall a time I received good customer service from this location, however, my experience this morning was definitely the worst thus far. So I get to the speaker and I order a medium sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit combo. The lady at the speaker repeated the order back to me to confirm. I get to the window, no good morning just $7.47. I think nothing of it until I get my bag and see a small hash brown and small drink. I let the woman at the window know that I order ed a medium meal, and with attitude, she said well you were rung up for the small. Since I have experience in both food and customer service, I told her I don’t mind her doing a refund and charging me for what I ordered. Instead of making the moment right, I get charged for the small meal anyway and given a free medium drink. Confused, I looked in the bag and at my receipt and waited for the medium hash brown that I asked for. The woman was like it will be another 65 cent and I need the hash brown back. To sum it up, it’s not about the food, it was more about the experience and quality of service I received. I am very understanding that it is stressful dealing with the public, because I do too. But there are so many instances where I’m met with attitude when I’m so kindhearted.

Very dissapointing to get home and find someone has already eaten your sausage gravy. It did appear the gravy may have leaked out, but how does someone pick up the dish and not feel it is pretty much empty before putting it in the box with a biscuit. My sausage biscuit must have been assembled at 6:AM, then sat around waiting to be served at 10:15AM. Very poor quality food today.

This is one of the few Hardee’s in the entire country that still serves fried chicken. I love Hardee’s burgers, however I can get those anywhere. Whenever I visit this location, I go strictly for the fried chicken. Whoever is back there frying the chicken, needs to share their recipe with the every other Hardee’s in US, because it is some of the best ever. If you are travelling through Lake City, make sure to stop by and try the fried chicken here. You wont be disappointed.

No one was in line except us. My burger tasted old none of the vegetables on burger was fresh. Ended up throwing it away. My husband asked for hotdog without onions and they put onions on it. It was lunch time however they were not busy. Maybe that was a sign….

overall food is good. but i’ve seen a few incidents over the last couple of months. one being, my grandmother has received raw chicken, then a raw biscuit on a different occasion. not only had it made her cautious of eating there, but a couple people i know. my experiences myself have been fairly normal—sometimes cold food. me and my mother were also told that they ran out of chicken in the middle of the day. this was about two weeks ago i believe. the workers need some help desperately….. even when not overwhelmed, they move like they’d rather not be there.
