There was a shift manager that acted more like a spoiled toddler. The cashier had asked for some change. The shift manager started yelling and cussing saying that he did not have time to go and get change. The cashier apologized to us, you could tell he was embarrassed. The shift Manger just looked at us and did not say anything. I will not be going back to that location. I understand that we all have bad days, but that was kind of behavior was completely uncalled for.

It’s never been this slow before. I was in drive-through, and no cars were moving. There was 1 car at the window, and it was still waiting on paying. I sat in line for 15 mins nobody moved. I then parked went inside and barely anybody was moving inside either a line of maybe 5 people still waiting somebody at the counter still waiting to order. 4 people working. As I waited inside to order for about another 15 mins the manager sneezed into his arm while making an ice cream cone. I also notices nobody had gloves on while making ice cream. The person on grill was cooking and mopping the floor as well meaning using chemicals in the mop bucket also with no gloves on while at the grill. I have never seen a more disgusting health code volition ever in such fast food restaurant. And I worked for dq when I was younger. We even wore gloves making food and changed them when we touched something other then food.

I waited 35 minutes in line just to find out that they do not offer the 85 cent blizzards that was advertised. Why would they lie to us? I’m not coming back, I’m very angry and disappointed with this Dairy Queen. That was the ONLY reason I came and it cost me a dinner because they don’t care about anyone but themselves.
