My husband and I come about once a month but today was exceptional. I’ve never seen this trio of staff before. They ALL greeted us and the food looked so good today. They all 3 had great customer service. Take care of this team you have. We need more of them in this world.

This location is the worst. Order 1 small sandwich online and paid online. Got to pick up 5 minutes after the time it was said to be ready. The sandwich was ready, sitting on the counter. I had to wait 10 minutes while the rude, slow, what I assume ti be manager checked out multiple customers, threw in fries and filled up a lemonade. I let her know I had a carryout, she said nothing and continued to check people out and do other things. I had to ask another employee to grab my finished, paid for sandwich as the check out lady wasnt interested. This is not my first rude encounter with this lady.

Ordered 6-inch Ruben with no Cheese (lactose issues) and Lg Fries. The Fries came Dark not burnt but dark. Probably old or burnt oil. Ruben came with cheese after talking about lactose issues with the order-taker sandwich still came with cheese. Two ½ bites in I spit out (gross) and threw up the sandwich. The receipt showed (+) sour krout not (-)cheese..! Usually, I check receipts for no cheese but the faded oil-soaked paper was hard to read. Love Penn Station food but Fries are supposed to be their specialty. Order screw-up and dark Fries that can only be bad management.

Service and accuracy on orders have gone downhill drastically over my last 3-4 visits. Haven’t gotten my order correct a single time. Most of the staff seems to be in an awful mood at all times. As much as I love the food, I can’t say I’ll be returning anytime soon.

Went here on a school trip and the severice was horrible. The order was almost 2 hours late as they had forgotten about our order . When we revived our subs we noticed all of our orders were messed up. One student ended up getting condiments on her sandwich that she was allergic to. The food was good but the service was horrible.

What an excellent surprise! The club was the best wrap I’ve ever had. We were recommended this place while we were out shopping so decided to give it a try and I’m so glad we did because it was just what was needed to wrap up a day of errands and shopping. Next time I will get the fries which were also recommended 🙂

Don’t waste your time to order online for pickup. Arrived at the suggested time and they weren’t busy. People were walking in as I was to place and order and got there food as I still waited an additional 15 minutes longer on top of the 15-20 minutes window given form time of order to pickup. Smh

My husband and I normally love this place however today not so much! When u order double steak meat and I get a sandwich more bread and looks like as much meat a taco bell puts in a taco it’s crazy! What did we just pay for extra bread? And I asked at least three times make sure there is no banana peppers and have it loaded with peppers when I get it ugh!!!!
