I’m always so happy with my deliveries from these guys. They’re the only delivery drivers I’ve ever had put the effort into actually bringing my food all the way to my apartment door and they have amazing attitudes! The food is always super hot too because they get here so fast. I gave four stars because I do find the actual food a bit bland but I keep ordering because of the service 🙂

I ordered for the family. There was absolutely no cheese on the pizzas. My grandsons pizza cheese pizza was crust and tomato sauce. The lettuce was brown wilted and smelled for our salad. I called to complain and was put on hold after I explained my discontent. I tried to call back many times to answer. Poor way to run a business. It all begins with the manager.

Until today I had enjoyed Sarpino’s Pizzeria and always been satisfied with their food. Today’s order, however, was a disaster. I ordered both for myself and my wife. My buffalo chicken pizza was cold and lacking flavor. My wife’s chicken alfredo was also flavorless and lacking ingredients. Her garlic bread was dry and stale. But worst of all, her chicken was undercooked. If food poisoning ensures, I know where to send the hospital bill.

Awful service. Ordered thru door dash and completely forgot my whole calzone. Called sarpinos and the guy literally blamed the door dash and said he can’t help me and now it’s too late to order. He was incredibly rude and should be fired. Took no accountability and clearly doesn’t care about his job at all.

Ordered a Santorini pizza. Super fast preparation, surprising for a weekend night. Almost a perfect pizza. Could use a bit more gyro meat. My bigger issue though was the olive oil had a rancid taste that changed the enjoyability.

Normally it’s good, but this time was real bad. The layer of cheese was thicker than the dough part of the pizza. My fork went higher than the pizza dough. It’s almost hard to tell there is anything underneath the toppings.
