I have been here a couple times and was served normal portions of meat. But the last time I came here, the guy really skimped out on the brisket. I even take small bites … but after 3 bites with meat, I’m digging for any morsels of meat left lol. It was more of a garnish. Please be a little more generous.

I ordered a pick up. And by habit I always check my order before I leave, and they had forgotten a couple pieces of my order. They were busy so I just reminded them and asked for the missing items. I then get home and open my bowl to find that I paid $14 for a half full bowl. I had order it with everything on it. I don’t see or taste my queso, there was either very little or not all of the three salsas I ordered. And the smallest sprinkle of tortilla chips. I ordered half and half for my beans and my rice, and they did get my beans correct but my rice was all cilantro lime. In the past my bowls were filled when I order this specific kind of bowl. I ordered the works. And to open this and find such a minimal amount I cannot help but feel cheated. I choose qdoba because of the great portions. This is not what I’m used to when ordering here. Had I opened my bowl in the restaurant I would’ve gotten a refund. But now I know I have to double check my items to a T in the future.

I placed s $400 catering order for my grandson’s birthday party on Sunday, July 16, 2023 and it was delivered an HOUR late. No courtesy phone calls to keep me informed or at least let me know there was a problem. The first phone call I placed when the order was supposed to be delivered at 11:45am, I was told they were on their way. The 2nd call I made about a half hour later, I was told “let me find out where she is!” When the delivery driver finally showed up one HOUR late, she told me I should probably expect to receive a 20% or 30% discount. I just looked at my bank account and I was given a whopping 10% discount for the inconvenience of receiving my catering order ONE HOUR late! Wow, thank you store manager. Next time I want to inconvenience my guests and embarrass myself, I’ll be sure to give you a call.

This restaurant is disgusting. I’m not exaggerating. This is today, Father’s Day. And the woman that is working this last shift is high on something. The guy with her was a little better, trying to make up for her lack of service, etc. The floor was wet and gross. I looked behind the counter and there was trash all over the floor. The energy of the place was off. The food is bland. It also didn’t look fresh or clean.

Went today to the one on Abbott….they had one guy cooking…one guy making guacamole..one guy doing orders and a girl at the register looking bored. There is a line of ten people and the girl doesn’t help. The guy making guacamole wipes his nose and mouth and doesn’t change his gloves. I walk out cause that’s just nasty and get to the car and call. I think the girl at the register answers and I tell her about the guy and tell him to change his gloves and to help the kid who is doing orders cause he needs it. She says their understaffed and I say well the girl at the register can do the toppings. I mean what happened to team work and wearing hair nets.

Yes that’s right. I am taking a photo of my food and doing a review at a Qdoba! Why? Cause the purple cap dude is an artist and he cares a lot for his art! He doesn’t just lazily slop the food from bin to your bowl but carefully like holding a paintbrush, he gently places the items onto your dish. Give this man a raise as all his work looks like stuff that should be in the food articles.
