Visited this location on Sunday morning around 830ish and it was quiet and empty. Filled up quickly but one of the nicer and cleaner starbucks considering it’s on a busy street. It also has a drive thru. I’ve tried their pumpkin cream cheese muffin which was a bit sweet but good as well as their cinnamon coffee cake which I got warmed. The cinnamon coffee cake was mediocre. The crumble on top wasn’t good and felt separate from the coffee cake which was light and soft.

The guy that took our order shook his head when my wife asked for them to fill her drink all the way to the top. Then, she said thank you several with no response from the same guy that made the drinks. Starbucks employees need to be trained to be customer based. Leave your personal life at home and be a customer based employee. This guy should be fired for how rude he was.

By far the slowest Starbucks in the country, I waited more than 20 minutes for coffee.. you read this correctly. Unbelievable and when I complained the manager was very snippy and still got the order wrong. There a real sense of entitlement, for example.. take what I give you and get out. I’m completely dissatisfied.

The actual food and service is fair , limiting amount of food choices and many times little items to chose from. I am giving it a 1 star though just because I Found the staff always confused when I repeatedly ask for something like the amount of sugar, milk and heat amount, it always gets ignored. That’s the struggle inside. Outside via the drive thru is always wrong not matter what I tel the staff. I repeat it four time and the drinks still come out wrong. I always have to ask to re-do the same drink three times, lacking management I guess. Besides that, the place has plenty of parking and a drive thru. Is a small place. I also noticed the staff is unaware of what is going on, seen in the video you can see the staff texting and the rest just hanging out. This is why my drinks are always wrong and is just trusting to the point I decided to cut off this Starbucks for good and avoid the constant aggravation.

Quiet location even though its next to a busy road. I ordered through the mobile app and most of my order was ready by the time I went to pick up (40 ish minutes, it was a pretty big order) but some were still being worked on. They were very cordual when I was finally able to talk to them but they were held up for a while dealing with a really rude customer. Overall a good experience, my only gripe is that the ice had melted quite a bit but I attribute that to the said rude customer holding everybody up. Kudos to the workers there dealing with that situation and still keeping a smile on their face.
