Popular on the wharf lobster place with lobster delivered fresh off the boat. Very very popular so expect a wait but it’s worth it. Great view of the bay with wonderful breezes. Definitely go.

What a hidden gem! Oysters on the half shell were phenomenal, as were the haddock tacos, the wine, and the lobster! The open patio let’s you take in the entire, beautiful harbor and was the absolute best way to end a Maine Day. We will return! They were very kid friendly as well!

Parking? Bit difficult, may not be able to get a spot. Literally everything else? Amazing, right on the ocean too! Bit of a story with this place. After having a disappointing, bland lobster roll in Portland, I drive up the coast to the Pimaquid light house. There i get laughed at for having lobster rolls in Portland, and am then pointed here. Arriving here, I also recount to the employees how the lobster rolls I have had were bland and disappointing. Again, they laugh, take my card, and hand me one of their lobster rolls. Holy mother of God, it was on that day that I discovered lobster roll. It was like going from a big Mac, to a tomahawk steak. Try their Pimaquid oysters, to die for as well. If you find yourself craving Maine seafood, skip Portland and head up the coast a bit for some quality Mainer food.

Lobsters were delicious, service was awesome, and just an overall awesome atmosphere for dining! There is a covered seating option as well, as it can get chilly on the water. Can’t wait to return next year!

Wish I had listened to the previous reviewer who said it was the worst lobster roll he had ever had. It was way overpriced and just some chunks of lobster in a mayo sauce. And not that much lobster at all. We spent over $70 on the subpar lobster roll, 6 oysters, a crab cake (which was too salty and still raw in the middle) and a piece of corn. Do yourself a favor and SKIP IT. Wish we had…

Best place for having Maine lobsters. It’s a bit in the middle of nowhere but the atmosphere is great and you sit on a deck overlooking the bay. I go for the 2 lobsters and corn and sack of clams for I think $30. Bring your own table cloth and beer/wine or anything extra you want to bring. And they’re dog friendly!

June 2021: Good: lobsters and oysters were good. Lobster are 13 dollars a pound, a dozen oysters 34 dollars. There are tables under the tent and some in the sun.

You cannot beat the prices or the ambiance. You do not need to order a whole dinner but instead can just order lobster, mussels, clams, etc, either live or cooked The charge you by the lb. So, for a cooked hard shell lobster goes for $10 a lb. For a soft shell goes for $8 lb. Uncooked take about two dollars off. Give you a comparison, at a restaurant in Rockland I payed $28 for a 1.5 lb softshell, which would go for about $12 here. Yes there were potatoes, but it’s not worth the extra 16. You also can by sides here if so inclined. Great thing is that you can bring your own drinks and food to supplement. The outside eating area has covered and open tables. The view of the harbor is great and worth the visit by itself. This is what I have been looking for during the last week in Maine.
