Pizza here is great but stay away from their eggplant dishes unless you like to eat tough and chewy eggplant. Tried their rollatini one day and parmigiana another time hoping it was just a fluke but no such luck. They clearly do not understand how to cook eggplant correctly. Had pasta trio and lasagna other times and they are just okay. Stuffed mushrooms are served sitting in a pool of oil.

We are really picky eaters. The tomato sauce is so delicious. The calzone was so good. The pizza was lovely and thin. The salad was so fresh I didn’t even use salad dressing.

My family loves Brooklyn Pizzeria ! Very affordable and consistent service . I have been ordering their pizza and wings here consistently for 2 years and the food is always amazing ! I love that the do not cook with pork products as my family and I do not eat it. He always give a phone call in regards to make sure the order is correct if he needs to accommodate anything that is unavailable. Amazing customer service !

Vacationing here and staying in Bedford. Our last night here we ordered in. Spent almost $200 and part of our order didn’t make it. Called and the first guy was very unhelpful and rude. Only offering a refund. We wouldn’t have ordered it if we wanted a refund. Definitely will not be recommending to anyone coming to this area. Food, otherwise, was good. Customer service, however, was not.

I’m only giving 2 stars because the lettuce on my side salad is fresh, even tho they literally sliced a tomatoes and put 2 little pieces on the salad. Other than that I ordered 2 lasagnas which came with cold bread. The lasagnas were salty, watery, and there was barely any of the actual pasta (noodle). Just a bunch of sauce and tiny pieces of meat. I’m seriously disappointed. I spent $31.05 for something I could’ve bought in the freezers section at a convenience store. Definitely will not be ordering again. Honestly wish I could get my money back. Not to mention the upset stomach that I have now. Also the delivery time was supposed to be 8:47p (I ordered at 7:58p) but it didn’t arrive until 8:58. The bag that the salad was in was torn and my dressing almost fell out. Just awful.

ordered delivery for lunch. This is good stuff. The crust on the pizza is great and the pizza was delicious without being greasy. Also ordered the stuffed mushrooms, they were hot and garlicky and very tasty. Will definitely be ordering from Brooklyn Pizzeria again!

Ordered a Mediterranean pizza. All that was on it, sun dried tomatoes and cheese. No artichoke, no basil, no pesto, no onion, no feta. Limp, floppy crust. We gave the new spot a try. Not again.

We put in the order at 6 and it gave us a 6:20-6:40 delivery window. I was notified via order tracker that the delivery driver left at 6:18, and 10 minutes after our schedule delivery window, I call them to verify my order status, and the first time they hung up instantly. The second time I called, the guy I spoke with was hard to understand through the phone noise and said that the driver had just left the store at 6:50. It is now 7:30 and I still don’t have my order. I doubt that my pizza and tiramisu will be enjoyable after over an hour and a half wait time.

Do not order online, the delivery service “Slice” only refunds 30% of your order. The manager on shift wouldn’t help locate my order, that took over an hour and a half. The tiramisu is freezer burnt and almost rock solid. A large pizza and one dessert isn’t worth 42$
