The person operating the register, although very friendly, appeared filthy and had badly messy hair flying all over the place. My son’s dipped cone was a giant blob and was handed to him literally pouring chocolate all over the floor with no napkins with the person’s bare hands after they just handled cash without washing. My sundae was made with the wrong ingredients and I was told “hope you don’t mind” when it was handed to me. The dining room has wood paneling that was covered in dried on food as was the wallpaper. The mirrored glass pictures were flaking off pieces of paint and had dirty fingerprints all over them and across the windows. Worst dining experience I’ve ever had at a Dairy Queen.

They handed us half melted thinly dipped cones. The cone was sideways and you could see the ice cream through the paper thin dip. I tried to take a pic but it didn’t show exactly how terrible it was. I’d rather they had told us the ice cream was too soft to make a cone rather than charge us and hand us melted cones.

Wait time differs depending on when you go and from what I can tell it’s largely due to staffing issues which is a problem all over the place other than that I’ve never had a bad experience here. Everyone seems to work hard and they either bring your food to you or if they’re really busy well call you up to pick it up. Staff really friendly and they do a good job with special orders they can make pretty much anything into a blizzard as long as they have the ingredients same with pretty much having any topping on a Sunday as long as they have it they can make it.

Waited for 5 minutes for them to take our order, no other customers were in front of us. Ordered 3 blizzards. Waited over half an hour, people coming in through drive through, employees milling about joking with each other. I go up and ask if our order was ready yet. Blank stares. “What?” Acted like I had the audacity to interrupt their conversation. Order gets made, get told “sorry for the wait” like they didn’t forget about us.
