I absolutely hate being asked to pull around and park when I order through the drive thru. No cars in front nor back of us and we were parked for over 15 minutes. Food was not as I remembered Long John’s as tasting. I just tasted grease.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. Ordered online, says on their website, “Order ahead, skip the line.” Get here. There’s a half dozen cars in the drive-through, and the door is locked, so I can’t go in to get it. Skip the line, my a**. What’s the point of even ordering online if you have to get in line at the drive-through and wait behind everyone else? Plus, they screwed up my order the last two times I was there. Used to be a good, quick, and efficient restaurant, but now it’s a disastrous train wreck. I left. Hopefully, I’ll get the charge reversed on my credit card, and I won’t be coming back.

I went thru drive thru. AFTER I paid a man came and told me it’d be 5 minutes cuz he just changed the oil. 25 minutes later my food was handed to me. The fish was nice and fresh. The hush puppies and French fries were brown and yucky looking AND cold. They had to have been cooked in the old oil. They were inedible.

Bad service in general employees were using their cell phones at make table and management was their just watching as i was watching them…thats presents a a problemof many sorts one but not limited food contamination just for starters hopefully management (upper) will get a handle on this.

This particular location is horribly mismanaged. I have eaten here several times in the last several months and have been told to pull around and wait for 15 minutes as well as my order has been wrong. Today I went to order and I was told that they were doing a shift change and that they would be closed for the next 15 to 20 minutes. Who does that?

Just now left this location we ordered a 8 piece meal all of the food was cold they haven’t changed the greese I will not be back just a bunch of lazy employees at this location do not go to this location unless you want cold food if they keep serving food like this they will be shut down hopefully good luck

Went to Long John Silvers for the first time in years because of who I was traveling with I was so surprised and pleased when the fish I got was not 90% batter it was much thinner and crisper than what I remembered
