Had dinner around 5pm on a Saturday and was relatively busy for just opening. Atmosphere is definitely a throw back in a good way. The service was good for being short staffed. The ice machine was not working while we were there, and the cooler did not seem to be stocked with a lot of drinks. We did have to wait a while for the food, but the pizza itself was delicious and worth the trip.

Amazing pizza, what a crust & also, their beer on tap is inexpensive and great (if you like Hefeweizen Wheat beer, get their Hanger 64 Orange wheat). We stopped by here on our way to Joshua Tree and it was sooo good, we are from Boston and had plenty on NY pizza too and this can compete. It’s on a forgotten road (make sure to not exactly follow google, but go to the other side of the same building). Our 3 kids and us loved the food & service was great. Kids had the cheese pizza and we had the Veggie Lover Supreme, both excellent.

Even though it says closed online they are open 4pm-9pm. My husband and I have been here twice and ate a custom pizza with gluten free options, and a tasty pastrami burger. They have great service, karaoke on Thursday’s, and free pool when you purchase a meal. We will be back!

I really like Rock’s. I don’t live close by. Rock’s has the best pizza in California. I don’t know if it is the dough, sauce, or a great cook, Jared. Whatever Jared makes, it will be good. My other favorite is the grilled chicken sandwich and tater tots. You have alot of different menu items to choose from. My husband likes the lasagna. Yummy! They also make pretty good sandwiches. Laurie, our waitress, is kind, sweet and a hard worker. Everyone at Rock’s is good to us. They also have karaoke on Thursdays. It starts at 5:30pm. till 9pm. I like singing Fist City and Coal Miner’s Daughter by Loretta Lynn. I don’t know how good I am but is a lot of fun. Sing what you like to hear. Rock’s also has free pool. Looking forward to my next visit.

I just moved to Lucerne Valley. I had eaten there several years ago and I remembered it having great pizza. I went again last week and now I am hooked! 3rd time this week. Great tasting pizza and the inside is a cool place to hang out to. Will definitely be going a million more times!!
