I could not get the person’s attention at the drive-thru to tell them very light sauce on my hamburger. By the time I did she had the hamburger in a bag waiting for me. When I asked if she had told them light sauce she said yes. The other girl told them and I said but that was after they made the hamburger, she goes. Oh yeah. And handed me the burger. It was so wet. It was literally unedible. I ended up throwing it away. A pure waste of money, total lack of communication with the customer.

They missed a part of my to-go order and we were long gone when we realized. Tried calling them to ask them to remotely refund just the fries and they can’t. She says we either come back with the receipt or she could “put you name down that we *owe* you fries”. This restaurant is at a truck stop, we don’t live here and I’m not driving back just for $3.50. the gas costs more than that. Check your bags before you leave!

Carl’s Jr. is my favorite fast food restaurant for burgers. Every time I’m back to eating a Keto lifestyle, the lettuce wrapped burgers are a great way to stay eating Keto while on the road. When I’m not on Keto I eat a Super Star and I’m never disappointed. I can’t wait to get one later today. I wish my home city had a Carl’s Jr. I’m even thinking of franchising with Carl’s just to have one in my city.

Came in last night and no one was in the lobby or the front counter. Okay cool no problem maybe someone ran to the back really quick is what I am thinking. Someone seen us in the back and said you have guests upfront. Waited a couple of minutes and nice lady came and apologized for the wait and took the order. Again no worries things happen. My issue is why wait for an extended period of time just to receive not even room temperature food. On top of that the burger I order didn’t come with everything it’s suppose to come with which was the reason for me trying the burger. This isn’t the worst location I’ve been to and I’m not saying to order here. I’m just saying the food experience unfortunately sucked and was my only issue. Oh and the restaurant looked clean.

So we waited around 20 min and were only people when we drove up. I ordered the lettuce wrap beyond famous star and it was flooded with sauce. I took pic and called store the following day to ask for refund for just the wrap but was told receipt required along with the sandwich. I don’t recommend this store and looking at reviews neither do many others ♀️
