Food was decent, I mean come on… It’s tacos, you can’t go wrong. Service was meh, which you expect in fast food , some days workers are upbeat and happy, and others they’ve been busy and you can tell they would rather be anywhere else but taking your order. The building itself could definitely use a little TLC. Overall would go back.

The girl who took my order was really nice but whoever did the wraps they just put everything as “burrito supreme” with no markings on what’s what so we have to tear the food apart to make sure the vegetarian chap doesn’t get the wrong food, which is not how I ordered [in half] or want to eat my burrito. The manager also seemed very irritated we needed sauce for our burritos.

Every time I order from Kentucky fried chicken I asked for a breast and a wing When I receive my order it’s a Drumstick and a thigh. Out of 10 times ordering 3 times the order was correct. Big upset since I live pretty far from KFC. Even though they correct my order when I go the next time. At no charge.

This KFC/Taco Bell does not carry all of TB items, nor do they participate in many of their corporate deals. The last time I was in I tried ordering a specific combo box, they said they don’t do that there, so I ordered a different box combo with a chicken chalupa and nacho fries and they gave me the steak chalupa and tortilla chips. Also their 3 piece chicken tender box used to come with a cookie, which my son loved, now it doesn’t come with that anymore and the price went up. It also wouldn’t kill anybody to wipe down the window sills once in a while, and just in general give that place a good cleaning. It’s still waaay better than the Waterville store though.

Cashier rang up wrong burrito, shift Manger refuses to git it right because I ate some before I realized it was the wrong burrito. This is over a $2.00 burrito. Horrible customer service. They should fire this shift manager. Also, the cleanliness of the restaurant was dirty

Not the best experience I’ve had here. I ordered a Georgia gold chicken little, steak power burrito and a nacho cheese fry. As you can see from the picture, I got a chicken sandwich with extra mayo and pickles and no Georgia gold sauce. The grill needs to be cleaned as there was black flecks all over the burrito and it was more sour cream and gauc than steak and veggies. And the nacho cheese fries… They must have been invisible because I could not find them.

Went through drive thru waited in line for 10 mins to order then in line over 10 more minutes to the window and waited at the window to get COLD FOOD!! RIDICULOUS!! We didn’t order chicken but they didn’t have any chicken ready either. The staff seemed very stressed and not very polite. New appearance but they still have major issues in how it’s run, very sad.

Food was hot and fresh. Soda was a little flat tasting but not enough for me to complain about it. However I had ordered 3 $5 boxes and they forgot about the cookies as well as the cinnamon twists. I mentioned it to them and I got them but one bag wasn’t as full as the other bag. Where is the consistency in product? Also is it just me or did the strips get smaller?
