I don’t usually leave reviews on fast food chains but this experience was over the top. I brought my company guys in for lunch after a long hot day in the sun working. The atmosphere was perfect. Very clean and cool. The food was very good and we had no issues. But with years of customer service experience, this is what I always pay special attention to. When you have been in the field you know what to expect! Tee is the one who took care of us and let me tell you…. ABOVE AND BEYOND! Tee exceeded my expectations in customer service! Thank you for a perfect lunch break! I’m glad we picked Arby’s!

Thought we’d try this Arby’s again to see if it improved any. Unfortunately went further downhill. Getting orders wrong for customers. Employees not very happy. I ordered classic roast beef. Not even close to being warm. At least give your customers the attention they deserve.

Sometimes they don’t listen to what you are ordering. They try to think ahead of you. I asked several times for no bread and no lettuce on my chicken walnut salad and everytime I have gotten lettuce. It always happens at the drive thru.
