Went to pick up a order, the guy working refused to give me the order even though it was already paid for, trying to get me to pay for it again, when I wouldn’t paid for it again, he said I could talk to his manager, then threaten to call the cops on me, if I didn’t leave, guess he thought because I’m a big guy with tattoos that would scare me, when the cop got there all of a sudden his manager wasn’t come in today. I will never go to this or anything Papa johns ever again… they’re pizza isn’t worth the money or problems…….

Not ever had a problem with this Papa Johns till now. I ordered a half cheese half veggie pizza for my son and I. Ended up getting a mixture of meat and veggies all over the pizza and neither of us want to eat that.. what a waste of money. Thanks for ruining our dinner.

I order from here once or twice a month today was pretty funny. I’m not sure if they were too busy or what but my whole order was free because I order from there enough and used my points maybe they didnt care. The funny thing the pizza wasnt cut and the butter was ice cold but I can do both on my own no worries I know my way around a microwave pretty well for a trucker. I’m just glad my aunt wasnt here she would be raising hell for nothing demanding free food I’m just lax about things like that.

Burnt and not cut all the way through, and the toppings are all in the center. I’m sick of bad experiences. I’m done ordering from here. I really dont see how you can keep messing stuff up. Its either cold and takes 2 hours to get, or burnt. I cant believe yall would even serve this. $50 for wings, cheese sticks, and a medium pizza and only half of it is edible. Ridiculous….seriously

Horrible experience!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I called and spoke to Aaron the “manager” who quoted me 1:20 max on delivery time for my pizza. 1:40 min later I called to talk to “manager” and ask about my food he said driver was in parking lot and she was going to call me. 15 min later no call from delivery girl, so I call “manager” again and at this point am frustrated and manager handled the situation VERY unprofessional and was using inappropriate words.

Check your pizza before you leave. Mine was missing several toppings I paid extra for. Their response was to say I’d have to take it all the way back across town and prove it to them. Thanks for the unreliable service and ripoff.

Ordered a chicken, bacon and BBQ sauce pizza. Arrived with an entire onion on the pizza and didn’t even touch the pizza. Aaron (their store manager) assured me there was nothing he can do. What a joke of a pizza chain and an even bigger joke is their customer service. The picture shows the amount of onions on 1 slice of pizza.

I ordered pizza. Site said it would take like 30 minutes. I received notice at 6:18 order was on way. It wasn’t at my residence (just a few blocks away) until 7:02. I could have picked it up in 5 minutes. I received a message that there was a delay but no explanation. I didn’t accept the pizza. That is just not what I agreed to.
