4/18/23: They have delicious burgers here and fries! I loved the food and the place was very clean. The staff was very good at being helpful. I would honest make this my spot to go to but its not going to happen with what they are charging. I got a burge and fries only and it came out to be $18.38 and I didnt get the drink becuase the cost was way too high already. If this company were to make reasonable prices for there customer then they would win me over and I bet several other people as well. I probably wouldnt come here again due to there high prices but the food is GREAT! Please Follow,Like and Share for more #JaysTrueRatings

Delicious loved that I had a bowl as an option. Very filling best part is all the fries in the bag at the end.

The associate was polite, but my order didn’t come out correctly. When I tried to explain the problem, he looked confused and said “no English”. I’m happy to see employers give anybody an opportunity, but you don’t have non English speaking people in a position of taking food orders without someone they can ask for assistance if they don’t understand. He was the only associate visible in the store, cooking and taking orders although he did go to the back room after we spoke, but I still didn’t get the order right and did not see anyone else. This was August 16th sometime between noon and 1:30 pm.

Okay the burgers were pretty good the seasoned fries were not that great. The tables weren’t as cleaned and the service could had been better. We will try 5 guys again but at a different location.

Nice restaurant, good staff, but I can’t see paying high dollar for sub par burgers. Those are more than Fuddruckers!!!…and Fuddruckers makes a mean burger just how you want it. This cost me $20 something for a cheeseburger and fries. Way to expensive for a burger joint better than Mickey D’s but nowhere near Fuddruckers.

Nice burger place to try other than Smash Burger. The choices are simple, just hamburger with or without cheese, and with or without bacon, and normal or little or double size. We ordered the bacon cheeseburger with sauteed mushrooms and onion. It is delicious and fresh made. The milkshake is a must and my favorite is coffee flavor. We will come back for more.

Tasty burgers and dogs, but overpriced. The free peanuts do not make up for the fact that I’ve just paid $8-9 for a single burger, $3.50-$6 for an order of fries, and around $4 for my soda. While waiting for our order, we sat there figuring we could have have purchased over 24 liters of soda at any dollar store, making at least 72 drinks the size of ours, and I cringed on the inside.

The workers here are very stingy with their fries. I’ve been to many five guys locations and this is the first establishment that they don’t add a scoop of fries. It’s usually not a deal breaker for me but for 14+ for a little burger and little Cajun fries I expect them to add a scoop of fries just like the other ones I’ve been to. I gave it a 4 star just for that, now the burger are delicious and customer service is great. I hope they get better at adding more fries to the orders and stop giving so little. They usually just fill the cup and that’s it.
