i don’t know what kind of depraved person puts lettuce on my grilled cheese burrito, but that is not part of the ingredients list for that menu item. i PAID FOR a taco supreme and i got a taco regular. this is after i decided to give these folks another chance after they forgot the sour cream and cheese on my beefy crunch burrito last time. staff seems to have bad attitudes and not wanna be there. idk who the manager/owner is around here but you need to step it up. y’all staff needs new training.

I just left this location and the lobby was still closed after eight so I went to the drive thru and the lady was at the window recording a tree being demolished across the street. When I tried to speak with her she ignored me. The other lady tells me that the lobby is open at ten when the app and Google says eight . These are the type of people that TB has working for them!

The young hispanic female manager/front cashier loved her personality… Everyone was working and seemed to be in a good mood..I like to see that when coming into a restaurant, not rolling of the eyes..Noone had on those long fingernails, the young ladies had on their uniforms and looked very nice all were engaging and working. No funky attitudes, I didn’t see anyone on his/her cellphones.

1 star is too much. I ordered a #2, 3 soft taco combo with no lettuce and a cheesy Gordita crunch w/ no lettuce. Get home and I have a cinnibon dessert and chicken quesadilla, 1 soft taco with extra lettuce. This location is an absolute joke, do not go here! No resolution to make it right.

5/22/23… Tried ordering online but it wouldn’t work. Went through the drive-thru and grabbed a bite to eat while heading home from a weekend trip to Chicago. Service was good, food was okay.

Unacceptable. Ordered two boxes and a Mexican pizza. Received 2 cruchwraps, and 2 potatoes tacos. Both crunchwraps look like they were put together by a 4 year old. They missed 1/3 of our order. Go to the next exit.

Never Get Orders Right. Mexican Pizza No Tomatoes. Nachos Tasted Like Dishwashing Liquid For Nacho’s And Cheese. I Asked For Creamy Jalapeno Sauce On The Side. They Put It On The Pizza And Gave Me A Side Of Jalapenos I Didn’t Ask For. Need To Try A Different Location.
