Really missing the pan pizza flavor of the 90s. This “pan pizza” crust we had here recently tasted more like hand tossed than pan. We loved Pizza Hut’s pan pizza back in the 90s and early 2000s but feel something is definitely lacking here lately. Also missing the restaurant experience we had back then too, it was always a great fun Friday experience.

They get three stars now because they fixed the 1st disaster. This second attempt went much better than the first. Staff was polite and accepted the fact that they dropped the ball. You compare the two same orders by the pictures. So check your orders before leaving.

Pizza Hut used to be my #1 place and that was because of the crust. It’s a crying shame that a lot of the pizza chains have went downhill. The quality of pizza isn’t there anymore. I’ll be making my own going forward.

Pizzas were ordered on line and were to be delivered by 6:44. They were ordered around 5:44. At 7:02 I called about the ordered. At the same time Pizza Hut called asking for address which I gave them again. Delivery person drive up and down the street. Once he finally brought the pizzas around 7:07. I tried to call Pizza Hut to speak with the manager to voice a complaint. When Nick answered, he said he was new but would get the manager. After waiting 5 minutes and no one came to the phone, I hung up. I tried numerous times to reach someone and all I got was their recording. I have ordered from Pizza Hut for years and have never had such horrible service.

The associate who rang up my payment was a bit late in noticing my order was ready. Also, I was missing the marinara sauce for my breadsticks. Still, it was a quick prep time from when I placed my order until it was ready. But it would be nice to feel that those waiting on me thought enough of my business to be more attentive.

We found out 25 minutes before our order was scheduled for delivery (which we ordered at least 2 hours before) that a delivery driver would not be coming in until 6pm. We scheduled our order for 5pm. My husband went to pick up the order with the agreement from the store manager that the driver’s tip and the delivery fee would be removed from the total. This was not done and the bill was the same and not edited. On a lighter note, this is the first time in a long time that our order has been correct.

I waited 2 hours for my pizza because there was only one delivery person working. I did get a call telling me that it would be here as soon as possible and that the pizza was in the warmer so that it would still be hot when it was delivered. I appreciated the phone call however keeping the pizza warmer does not lend to be very good. I did eat it because I was by that time starving. I just think the pizza should have either been free or a coupon for a free pizza. I have always been very pleased with this store. I do realize the problems these days with labor but maybe knowing the problem maybe they should have been waiting to prepare the pizza near when the delivery driver would be coming back for the next delivery.

Rather than the staff standing around talking, pay attention to the customers and their orders. My order was confirmed at 5:15 pm 11/13/21 for a 15-20 minutes pick up time. I arrived at the place for Curbside pickup, park right in front of the door approximately 5:53pm, texted that I had arrived and was response stated we will be out with your order once it is ready. I finally pulled into a parking space and just observed the staff inside. I finally called in to the place, first time I was put on hold and no one ever came back to the telephone. The next time I called in the young lady said they were very busy and that my order would be brought right out and the order was brought out to me at 6:15 pm.
