Our first visit. A typical pizza place with typical items on the menu; sandwiches, wraps, salads and of course pizza. I ordered a Ruben sandwich and my wife ordered a chicken wrap. Our orders came very quickly. My Ruben was made with processed corned beef and my wife’s chicken wrap was very low on the signature item. The food was good and reasonable but we have had better. The service was very good.

I am sorry to write this, but I can’t let this pass. Whoever is responsible for the sauce is doing a terrible job. There’s this thing called SALT, yeah, that should be used. Also, seasoning, like you know, the herbs?????? Rosemary, basil, etc, where was that??? Not in the sauce. This was the most bland sauce I have ever had in my life on a pizza. It tasted like, well, nothing. I got ham too as a topping. You can hardly see these teeny, tiny, cubes of ham. Of which there was like 10 all together. I cook every thing from scatch myself. I know what I’m talking about when I have to complain about food, especially seasoning. Do you all want to hire me and fire your cook??? I’m not kidding. Even the pizza dough was lacking, but I could live with it, but it was bland as well. If you like bland and are on a low salt diet, this is the pizza for you!!!! The dinner salad was excellent. Cold and crisp. Good job there.

Took the kids because they have always had a great ball pit and play area. Well they are all gone now. The only thing in the back is large tables and a toddler pit. The photos of the large ball pit are from three years ago. Very disappointed.

We went after church and seems like there was very little on buffet…all pizzas delayed and the salad bar was unkempt as well. Cheese and eggs almost gone on salad bar. They need more workers on busy days like a holiday.

What can I say? Paglia’s has been around many years & is a local fave. My family has eaten here for many years & it’s always my personal favorite. From sandwiches to pizza, Paglaia’s has it down pat. We’ve had our kids & now our grandkids’ birthday parties here. We have never been disappointed. My personal favorite is the pepperoni pizza, thin crust & chips & ranch followed closely by the lasagne.

FYI- No buffet on Mondays or Tuesdays. Prices on menu do not match what you are charged. We ordered four of the $5 eight inch pizzas, Tuesday’s daily special. Menu stated thick or thin crust, and included 2 toppings. They rang up $4.60 each (for the thin ones) plus almost a dollar each topping, for a total of about $6.50 each. But the thick crust we ordered rang up $8.78, not including the toppings! The pizza did not taste very good. My teenagers said they liked their school’s pizza and/or frozen pizza better. When I asked the lady at cash register about price discrepancy, she said the owner had increased the prices, and that she’d adjust the price. But she only took 10% off. I loved this place in college but I will definitely choose another option next time I’m in Murray!
