Just went here after ordering our pizza 30 minutes prior to picking it up. We get there and we were told that they have to remake our pizza. So guy at the window said 6 minutes it will be ready which really meant another 25 minutes. And that meant oh we have one pizza ready and we forgot to make your other pizza. So now we have a cold pizza and a pizza that isn’t. Should of just remade all of them instead. And then my wife goes inside to get the pizza and a couple people are on their phones doing nothing smh.

I absolutely love this place! First time I got a pizza from there years ago, I wasn’t impressed. I don’t know what was up that time, but I’m so glad I tried them again. I’ve ordered from them several times since and every pizza has been hot snd fresh snd tasted amazing! Be sure to sign up for emails on their app – they constantly run specials and send you emails containing discount codes. You can order on the app and have your pizza ready for pickup in 12 minutes – can’t beat that! I also love that you can chose one of their specialty pizzas and still customize it (remove items and substitute with others). Highly recommend! It’s definitely my favorite pizza place! And that jalapeño ranch dipping sauce – so good!

Husband and I love their pizza but we had the worst experience the other night. We ordered pizza and they said it will be 45 mins for us to get it by delivery. Well normally when you order delivery they will at least knock on your door when they make it with the pizza but this time we did not get a knock. Come to find out, the pizza was left outside in the below 50 degrees weather. We kept waiting and waiting for them to show but no knock. We eventually called to check to see what happened and the girl that answered said he left it outside bc he did not get an answer. When we looked out the pizza is outside on the door step too cold to eat. So we had to heat it up to eat it which to me it does not taste as good when heated. So the more I thought about it the madder it made me to think why the delivery person did not knock. It’s no reason not to because both cars were in the yard so it’s no reason to think no one was at home. I called and spoke with a shift manager today and she basically shoved it off. I told her what happened and she did not say sorry or we can get you another pizza or anything. She said they normally knock . But we did not get a knock. We love eating Marco’s but they drop the ball this time.

My friend and I were going to try this place for the first time. We stood at the counter and one girl said something to us. We only saw one other man come and go that appeared to be an employee. We stood there for at least five minutes while the girl plopped three pizza boxes before her and sliced the pizzas and closed up the boxes. We looked around and there was only one table with people eating. The plastic menu on the counter displayed pictures of pizza, salad, and sub sandwiches. There were no prices listed on it. We finally gave up just as she approached us.

Great pizza, my delivery driver went above and beyond when I needed mine delivered. The workers inside are very nice and if you go after the lunch rush, your wait time is only about 25 minutes.
