Luke and Britt run the place by themselves right now. Super cute and good vibes! Amazing oysters and pork tenderloin sandwich! Along with their drinks of course. I love supporting local

I can’t believe how incredibly great this place is. The atmosphere is great and upscale casual. The two owners are wonderful, knowledgeable, and clearly foodies. On that note, the food is AMAZING. Having a raw bar in Waterbury is so cool. The tenderloin sandwich…oh the tenderloin sandwich. Honestly, has to be one of the best things I have ever eaten. I am so happy they are here. GO NOW!!

This really cool spot apparently just opened and it has the coolest “non-pub food” I’ve had in the area. The owners are super nice and so happy to share their vast culinary knowledge. The shrimp were exquisite! The tenderloin sandwich with horseradish was the best I’ve had. I will eat here every time I’m in town!

Amazing people, great atmosphere and the food and drinks are delicious. Oysters and smoked trout are what we had. Glad to have a place like this near our home.
