Very humble place where they serve an exceptional good tasting goat birria Michoacan style. I ordered a bowl of birria on it’s broth and it was very bueno amigos. It was easy on the spices and the broth (consomé) was next level up. The yellow corn tortilla enhanced the flavors even more because it had this amazing corn taste to it. The 60 plus year old waitress kept calling me “Jefe” and told her you are the “Jefa” for making this amazing birria . The place is small and there’s a limited amount of tables nevertheless customers kept coming and ordering mostly to go orders.

I’ve been here many times. Today is the first time the cashier gave me a bit of attitude, but also it was the first time they brought my plate to my table. Food is always good but make sure to ask the kind of meat you want and anything you would like otherwise they’ll give you (or not) what they feel like.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while. I ordered 3 goat birria tacos. I was a bit disappointed as food did not have any flavor. I didn’t get the birria flavor on the meat and consome had a strong taste of cinnamon. Salsas are only spicy and have no flavor.

This was my first time trying this place. My gf and I wanted some good birrieria. I googled a place near by while we were in town and found this one. It’s a small place but the food is delicious. The tortillas are hand made and taste authentic. They have aguas (drinks) in a bottle which were extremely good. The service was fast. I will be coming back and eating here again.
