I was there late at night; an hour before closing. The staff was unfriendly and unenthused -almost to be expected at that time of night, in today’s society, and with this generation of employees. They seemed more concerned with bantering with each other and some of the customers rather than taking orders and completing them. I didn’t complain and didn’t much care. I just wanted my food so I could leave. There is no drive-thru at this location, so, with only two people ahead of me and with the staff not cooking anymore food for the night (there was plenty of food left), I expected the line to move as fast as it would for this kind of establishment. I was in line for over 20 minutes before I got to place my order…with only two people ahead of me. The food was good and fresh. There’s not much else to say.

0 stars. DELIVERY DRIVERS BEWARE. Arrived around 10 pm last night (6/08/2023) to a very unpleasant atmosphere. The young lady at the register taking orders was so rude and disrespectful. She was rolling her eyes at everyone and kept saying idk what everyone is looking at like she wasn’t the one taking orders or something. Each customer that came up to her she had a nasty attitude. Her description is skinny, brown skin, about 5 5 to 5 7 in height, hair was in a ponytail that resembles a Hershey kiss. She ignored every delivery person. It was 5 of us. The Caucasian male that was there before I arrived said he wasn’t helped so I asked who is helping fulfill delivery orders and her reaction was she slightly turned and rolled her eyes looked me up and down and said “I don’t do deliveries”. So I asked who does DO DELIVERIES. She then responded with an attitude “the manager” so I said well then get the manager. She sucked her teeth left then the other staff took over. The male with locs that was mopping took over he wasn’t as rude as her however he moved so slow and seemed to be high or just out of It. After 15 minutes of waiting for him to start on my order he tells me there’s no blackened chicken so cancel my whole order because they don’t have anything for It. He said “matter fact we haven’t had any all day “. Just horrible experience overall.

I’m not sure, why this location, services was moving so slow. It took me 22 minutes, just to get a classic chicken sandwich combo meal. But, my meal was on point, fresh, hot and flavorful.

Really bad customer service in here which is regrettable. Better watch out for Diamond , one of the most rude employees in the store . What a staff they have here. Hopefully this help the management. I was just trying to get my order and unfortunately some items were missing and I was working with one of the employees to switch up with some of what they have. That is it . That is exactly the moment when Diamond just jumped in saying just canceled the order we don’t have anything, obviously her coworker who was helping me disagreed with her. I say something back to her : your coworker is trying to help me so I can switch up some items missing and you just jumped in saying you don’t have anything .

I had ordered some food in my order was completely wrong I had called back in a lady had told me to come back in just tell me my name and they would correct my order. When I went back in the manager on duty said there’s nothing we can do for you I didn’t know you I just walked out and I would never go back to this establishment again. I didn’t even eat the food that was given to me that was mistaken given to me.
