Every time we eat here we always have horrible slow service, there drafter beer is always flat. My son and I ordered steaks medium rare they came out super well done we sent them back. Round two was the same, but this time they cooked it in the microwave, it was horrible couldn’t even eat it. I just asked to take it off our bill , chicken fingers were decent but that’s about it. This place needs a good manger to keep this place in shape.

It’s okay for a quick meal, better than a fast food joint. The waiter was cool, I’ll go back. I had an old Fashion drink, pretty good. The chicken Eggroll, was good, I thought it was vegetable because it was barely no chicken, but I really liked anyway!

I have been to Chili’s plenty of times over the last few years. We usually get seated pretty quickly or have a 10-15 minute wait. The restaurant is clean and has a nice atmosphere. I enjoy the chips and salsa with queso, chicken fajitas, burger with fries, crispy chicken tenders, and the alcoholic drinks.

The service was extremely slow with hardly any other customer but a flew. I didn’t feel like my server was attentive, at all. She wasn’t just not aware. We order some drinks and when then came back it was a rotten lemon inside. Yuck! I don’t how you missed that and put that in someone’s drink. We waited about 25 minutes for chips and queso. Clearly there is no suck thing a caring and doing your job correctly. And there was was bottle of cleaning solutions inches from me and my drink. That made me very uncomfortable No happy about this at all.

Visit started out ok. Got drinks and eggroll appie. Not too fond of the food but ok no biggie. I ordered nachos and son ordered burger. Waited and waited. Waitress said everything ok? I said we are still waiting on the meals. A little while food came out. The burger must have been under a lamp. The top was dry. Nachos? When did Chili’s nachos turn into a dozen triangles of burned melted cheese and meat w slice of jalapeno on top? These are not normal nachos. They were greasy and overdone and the fryer oil taste was godawful. They were sent back. Ok no biggie. Asked for check. Waited waited – hows things? Still need check. Waited waited went to bar to pay. Someone is coming around w check. Waited waited if i had enough cash we would have left tip etc and exited. We could have dined and dashed several times. Finally i said forget it let’s just leave. Got the the check. Paid and left. Chili’s used to be so good. Do not go here. Its a waste.

Had the Buffalo Chicken Ranch Sandwich, looked nothing like its supposed too. Didn’t have much flavor to it either. Asked for more ketchup and never got any. My father-in-law’s food was late, and my husband’s food was like warm. The server was quiet, could barely even hear a word he said. Not sure I’m going back to this location.

My 1st time eating at Chilis. It was too good, I had to save it for later. Love that there’s Street Corn. The Southwest Egg rolls with the guac SLAPS. Will definitely eat here again and suggest to everyone I know.
