It’s kind of a 90% hit or 10% miss. Honestly, it’s the staff that makes or breaks it. We eat there regularly, and when it’s good, it’s the BEST W.H you’ll ever eat at. ESPECIALLY, when the waitress , Bubbles is working. She is DEFINITELY a 5 star waitress. Top of the line. She has the whole package. And, the other servers are very friendly. The cooks are great. They definitely know what they’re doing.

This place seemed like they hadn’t ever had any people of color in their establishment before. All of the workers appeared to be nervous before hesitantly taking our orders. I ordered the texas cheese steak plate w/ hashbrowns. I asked for them to be chunked and capped but got smothered, dry and crunchy instead.

I tried to call for a pick up order after being at the hospital and no one answered. I got a voice-mail saying “they are limiting togo orders and to come inside” if I wanted to come sit I would.. I don’t I wanted to grab it and go on my way home after being at the hospital.. seriously annoying

The cook at 5:30 pm was more worried about eating his meal than cooking my order. When I went into order he had just sat down when I placed my order. He got up put my hashbrowns on the grill before I even finished ordering my food,you could tell he was aggravated. The hashbrowns were partial cooked. I had no cheese on my cheeseburger platter which I paid for. I asked for raw onions. There were very very few. The waitress was very nice. Her name was Jennifer. So I spent approximately 20.00 on food that will not be eaten. I have been to this particular Waffle House numerous times. I called twice and got no answer once I got home.
