In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I don’t know anyone who likes to eat barely warm fish. I usually order the Deep-Sea fish sandwich cooked fresh at the time of order placement, but the store had just opened, so I assumed wrongly that the fish would be hot, but it wasn’t. Normally lettuce comes on the sandwich; my sandwich was missing lettuce, and it was dry tasting. I tried phoning the store to speak with the manager, but I got no answer. The fish sandwiches should only be cooked freshly once an order for fish is place, not sitting somewhere in the hopes of a fish sandwich being placed.

The first time I went there, I went into the drive-thru. Purchased a 1, 5, 7, and spicy chicken tenders the food, especially the fries, were delicious . I wanted to try their strawberry cheesecake ice cream, but the ice cream machine was broken.

It was okay until I got my food … I mean there was no customer service and the food was horrible …. I seen nothing but a manager and another girl … the food was horrible I can’t even call to fix it … I’m very upset bc I spent money on food I can’t eat … ordered the cheddar Buford the bread was so hard it was like a rock … fries hard like this my first time eating at this one and it’s my last !!! We drove up to one drive thru to be told that only one cashier was available. So we had to back up and get in line. Maybe Sundays are not best time for Checkers located here. The fries tasted like they were fried in old fish grease oil. Food was not good. Get it together.

Overcharged me by not giving the combo price, 15 minutes to deliver order with only 1 car ahead when i pulled in. “Double” cheeseburger with patties so thin and so dried up, they could be drink coasters. Totally inedible.

Our order was made incorrectly. One burger was supposed to be dry but was drenched in mayo to the point that it was all you tasted. Additionally, the Swiss cheese looked and tasted like dyed American cheese. The meat was bland. The other burger lacked the ketchup that was requested. The drink was mostly ice and therefore the coke tasted like flat water within a few minutes of being received. This was hands down the worst burger experience I’ve had in years. Will definitely advise patrons to stay away!

We bought two spicy chicken sandwiches and a large fries from this store.The fries are hard like wooden sticks we even can’t eat and they charge us more than $6 for fries.We tried to contact with them when they got the complaint they just cut the phone and didn’t pick it up again.
