We went to this place as a last minute decision to have lunch and it was totally worth it, it exceeded my expectations. The pizza was delicious and the blueberry cheesecake was amazing, I’ll be coming back soon. Hostess was really friendly, the first server that came to our table was not very friendly. We ended up having another server (Ava) and she did an amazing job, very friendly, welcoming and making sure we were satisfied since she introduced herself till we left. That combination of food and Ava’s great service is what made us leave happy with our lunch decision.

When you open the door you’re welcomed with the decor that is so inviting.

Just stay away from here. Staff is full of quiet quitting work zombies on their phones. 1 other table in the restaurant took 45min to get out pizza. Pizza was drowning in sauce. I ate lasagna. If you like wasting your money and time. Then be my guess.

Typical NY pizza, flat, greasy, boring with no soul. Not sexy or crunchy. Mobile ordering is old school, no payment online, you have to pay the take out host in the restaurant … park, wait t line to pay. The $12 bruschetta is a joke, cold sliced bread, tomatoes and parmigiana, cream cheese and artichoke… i think. Not going back

We just learned about this Plano location a couple of weeks ago, and finally had a chance to visit for dinner tonight. I’m glad we didn’t read the reviews beforehand, because we were expecting the same great food and service as we’ve been getting for years from the Allen location… and we weren’t disappointed!

I noticed them as I drove in to my temp job. Who doesn’t want to have pizza for lunch. I stopped in and ordered a Margherita pie. Light, crunchy, thin, good sauce and cheese. I like and will return. Give it a try.

Some of the reviews almost scared me off but glad I came because it was amazing. I’ve had plenty wood fired brick oven pizza but never CHARCOAL fired brick oven. It added a complexity and depth that was really fantastic. I loved everything I had and would 100% go back any time. Picture doesn’t do the pizza justice. Also the caprese was lovely. 4.5

I really wanted to love this location since it’s super close to us. But the restaurant was half empty . 4-5 cooks in the kitchen and pizza took over an hour . Our 1 year old was done waiting so had to take the pizza to go . Very disappointed. They still need lots of training I guess . We’ll come back and try again in a year maybe 🙁

Compared to the Allen and Dallas locations, this place is sad. Too much sauce, not enough cheese, no fresh mozzarella for the table. The pepperoni was not cooked. Wait staff was not attentive. The girl was focused on my guy; boy was she surprised when I paid the check. Overpriced pizza. The salad was swimming in too much dressing. Go to a different location for food Grimaldi’s pizza.
