This place is hit or miss. Most times my orders are correct, but on occasion I get something off. One time I have ordered and received crunchy dry rice in my almost $20 bowl which made it almost inedible. (I ate the toppings) Another time I had ordered Dole whip and received a different flavor without notice (I use online ordering).

I love my poke bowls! The service is always great. I never have to wait long when I go in to order food. The food is always so fresh. I also drive for Uber Eats in the evenings. This is the only restaurant in the area where, when I go to pick up an order, it is always ready when I get there, and the orders are always correct.

Friendly service. Nice fresh selection. Tasty poke!! Didn’t seem to have a large selection of raw seafood. Only has caned drinks. At least a couple of punches or teas needed. Fountain drinks needed. Don’t realize it until the end. Otherwise I’d go back.

Groton has yet another Jewel. Wasn’t sure what to expect, but I wanted something different than the regular junk fast food along 12. As soon as I waked in, I was greeted by Lisa with a very friendly smile. I told her I didn’t know how to order and she took the time to give me the break-down and was very patient since there were so many choices and combinations to choose from. Very nice and welcoming. Then came the first bite, wow! The flavor was very surprising. I didn’t know healthy could taste this good, lol. Needless to say, none of it went to waste.

I’ve been coming by for about a month now. The bowls are amazing but the MILK TEA IS MOUTH WATERING. My best friend told me about boba tea and I’ve tried it once in the past and thought it was powdery tasting and not great. After coming to this location, I see now that it’s addictive and Poke doesn’t have that powdery taste. I love all the flavors (except coconut, that one is ) and the popping boba omg!

Multiple times I have come here and brought a group of friends. For some context we are Muslim and wear hijab. The manager Abby (redhead) always makes a problem when we come in more than an hour before closing just to order drinks, and begins to mumble about us and talk about us to other customers and her coworkers. She says they need a hour to clean up the place but if I can’t order after 8 then the store shouldn’t be open until 9. She is kind to any other customers at this time but when she is constantly rude to us it feels racially motivated.
