The short guy is the absolute worst. i’ve gone here about 4x and each time he’s extremely rude. Today, i caught him saying rude things in spanish about non-spanish speaking customers, including myself. I also paid for the extra side of ranch and I kid you not I got about 3 dips before it was empty.

Would not recommend this place because they do not honor coupons from the app. I activated my coupon right in front of the cashier and they system wouldn’t work…. and they still didn’t honor the discount with a manual change considering the coupon was activated and would expire within the alloted time period. Ended up just leaving because they couldn’t process the transaction and I refused to pay full price when I had an active coupon.

My husband says they make the best philly steak so on tuesday 18th April 2023 we went there, got me a full philly steak, i would have loved to give a 5 star because it was really very filling but ive been purging and sick going on 3 days now. Maybe there was something wrong with the very one i ate? I dont know if anyone else got sick from eating this on this exact date but that is my experience.

Charley’s is in the Westlake mall. Service here was fast. Long lines which tells me food here is good. I got a regular cheesesteak with banana peppers. Definitely a good sub spot.

Terrible customer service, my whole order was wrong, from the sandwich to the drink, I said buffalo chicken sandwich, somehow ended up with old skool, from Orange Fanta to Hi-C juice, the “cheese” fries came with no cheese, and The order number was right, it wasn’t another customers order. Won’t be coming back to this location. Don’t bother going.

This place is Great. Steak and chicken options for subs. The sub rolls are really good and you can pick from three sizes; small, medium, and large. This is one of the busiest places in the food court. I noticed several people in line in front of me ordered flavored lemonade drinks. The fries are good too. They are thicker than regular french fries but not as thick as traditional steak fries. Seating is shared with the rest of the food court.

so,I dont like this food myself but my son likes it. We go to montgomery mall in maryland from time to time. the staff there are hispanic and dont speak a word in English. when you say something they try to pretend they understand and say something under the mask which is i guarantee is not English. When i politely ask them to repeat, they do the same and you cant understand them.so frustrating. Specially in an affluent location. every time i go there, they mess up the food, their manager short guy, is the worse. he thinks he is God there. one time i asked for catchup and he continued to just ignore me. i guess that was too many catchups for one sandwitch. it seems also phily knowingly has hired people that dont have work permit and not only that the type that is rude and unprofessional and probably dangerous like their manger the short fellow which seems to be on the aggressive side. The company knows about Montgomery mall location issues but i guess cant hire good workers. beside the food is always getting messed up and one simple request for cachtup or soda is responded by total rudness. who wants to eat in a place like this.

I was at the mall and came here for an order of cheese & bacon fries because I wanted a snack, not a full meal. I really liked Charley’s last time I went, which was at Arundel Mills Mall. But this time’s been a huge disappointment. I should’ve gotten the cheese fries only because the bacon was really soft, as if it was boiled instead of fried. The blueberry lemonade is still delicious though
