Husband loves their Detroit pizza. I wanted to like the gluten free Detroit so bad but it was so salty i couldn’t even finish it. Personal size gluten free for $18 is a lot too. It was basically the size of my hand. Had to stop and drink water it was so salty. Maybe it was just an off batch because i ordered it because of all the good reviews about the gluten free option. It is upsetting how all the gluten free and dairy free options prices are through the roof because they know people have no other choice.

I go here especially for their Detroit Style Gluten-free pizza.. I travel 30 minutes for real pizza and it’s delicious!!! My family and kids love their regular and specialty pizza as well and their garlic knits are killer as per my nephew!!! I love their Gluten-free free ones!!!

Very disappointed in this experience. As a pizza lover, who views pizza as its own “food group”, this is my worst experience in years.

A pizza connoisseur I may not be, but I will not eat ever again a frozen dough pizza, no matter how good they may look for many reasons. Taste is the main reason, as is the texture being off, but the poor quality of the dough… and lack of health features speak for themselves. Try to find a pizza place that makes a daily fresh dough these days! (Or bagels, Kaiser rolls…need I say more?) Donatini’s isTHE pizza in NY we all remember as kids, whether it was homemade, from the Hempstead Bus Depot near Fulton Avenue and A & S, or from Borelli’s of East Meadow. Sadly, even Borelli’s Pizza is not the same tossed, fresh pizza over the past few years…one bite and the texture tells it all. This owner makes fresh dough daily, uses a true Italian artisinal flour as made in Naples over many, many years that is superior in taste, yes, but also in known health benefits. And the Mozzarella is fresh… and tastes fresh, none of the skim-milk, tasteless substitute often used. You can taste the olive oil…this is both important and very, very rare these days! (Maybe he will try Buffalo Mozzarella one of these days). The sauce is true greatness; gratefully, no added sugar that I can taste to make it less acidic, but that kills the true flavor and makes it taste like U.S. phony Italian/Sicilian food. You won’t find a better pie or a better pizza place… and good luck trying! And do not miss the Spumoni/Tartufo ice cream. I have never tasted better, not even in Rome as a child.

The Detroit Style Pizza lived up to its name. Very authentic. Plenty of types of pizza to choose from. Well worth the trip from Nassau County.

This pizza place has a new fresh look with the usual display counter and booth seating but it also has Diner style seating around the shop, bar style beer taps and glass door beer fridge. There are Multiple areas to make and prepare pizza. A large working Wood Fire pizza oven in one corner and standard pizza baking ovens with kitchen on other side of shop. tv and a younger crew of employees

Horrible experience, do not come here if you have a family with young children. After waiting for 10 minutes to be asked to be sat in front of restaurant, was told that we were not allowed to sit in a booth – despite having a party of 4 (2 adults, 2 children). Mind you: there was a total of FOUR patrons in the entire dining room, which is very large. There was 2 two tops, and 4 top available at the booths – we were told everything was being held for ‘larger groups’. We were met with disgust from the server when we questioned why we could not be sat when the place was empty. Entire staff looks under 17. STAY AWAY NEVER SOLICIT. Now onto other places to rate this place complete junk (Facebook, yelp, twitter etc) see you soon!

Got a pizza. Great. Also got an eggplant dinner. See photos. Instead of eggplant we ended up with a baked clam dinner which my wife has had before and was gritty then and gritty now. Beyond disappointed.

Waited almost 15 mins to get asked what I wanted with like 4 people standing at the counter. Finally got my slice & & was told by some fat rude waitress I couldn’t sit in the dining area. Pizza was expensive & not even good. Del fiore down the road is much better
