Sundae and Blizzard packaging is horrible. Good luck taking the top off to eat without spilling melted ice cream all over, and that’s trying to eat it in less than one minute of being served.

We came in with a large group and they were so patient and kind. The service was very fast a thorough. The building is outdated but the staff and food was great quality. Chicken was fresh and juicy, the ice cream was smooth. Staff was attentive and helped us carry our food and checked in on us even during lunch rush. I am very impressed by the kind staff.

This is a full service Dairy Queen. We traveled a good distance on our way home from vacation and we’re pleasantly surprised with the food quality we had in the restaurant. There was an issue with the bill but the team made it right. The food was great! Manager was a little rough around the edges. Attempted to argue with us after he made a mistake but in the end everything worked out.

food tasted like it was just warmed up.. my chicken tenders and fries were hard, my husband got a flamethrower burger and the bread was obviously stale by the way it looked and it was hard enough to knock someone out.. the fountain drinks were the best part about our meals.. and i looked up and seen mold on the ceiling!! its very outdated and the whole place smells like sour milk.. i wont be surprised if we have food poisoning

Hadn’t been to dairy Queen in a while. Couldn’t get chocolate ice cream dipped because it would have fallen off the cone they said cuz it’s so soft?? It smells funny in there like sour milk, and somebody had dirty underwear left in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly but it’s a gross place I wouldn’t go back.

So this is my actually my first time having Dairy Queen food in the area where I live like Dairy Queens around are ice cream only there are no grilling chills so this is my first opportunity to try them and it’s not bad food it’s just it’s just fast food it’s nothing special I was hoping it would be little bit better quality but it wasn’t badly priced so I can’t really complain and as usual the ice cream was good the staff here was very friendly as well a little more interaction I guess than normal when ordering food as well as ice cream but it’s better interaction and I normally have back home

Bad experience with unhelpful staff, save your time and money by going to culvers down the road where you’ll actually get your order and the staff are friendly. I ordered a cake online and when I went to pick it up and they didn’t have it, what’s the point of online ordering then. They tried to give me a different flavor or give me a smaller 8 inch cake instead of the 10 inch oreo or a reese’s cake but I can’t do the nuts and peanut butter. Staff told me it wouldn’t be until after the weekend, three days later when I could get the correct order. Extremely disappointed with the service and when I asked to cancel the order after all the hassle no one seemed to know how to. Ending up having to call the manager who told me he can’t do anything. So not only do I NOT have a birthday cake I have to go on a wild goose chase to cancel the payment for a cake I didn’t even get.
