Generally friendly service but they mess up the order every time. And there’s nothing ‘fast’ about the food. I understand being short staffed – I have them repeat the order so they can get it right. I get up there to pick it up – pay and pull forward to check my order. As it turns out they forgot the fries. I go back through the drive through – let them know. I then wait my turn and pull up to pick up my fries. They question why I’m there what do I want? What kind? What size? I get the fries (no apology either)and get home and realize one of sandwiches we ordered has Mayo on it. I specifically requested no Mayo due to the recipients allergy. It’s just ridiculous to spend 20-25 min for an order that is always wrong. I suggest you check your order thoroughly before leaving the pick up window.
