Great stay but the major highlight for me was the downstairs service at Soleil. I had breakfast here and not only was the food fantastic but the service I received from Jose P., Adriana and Sandy was top shelf. They were incredibly attentive, kind and accommodating. Before leaving my table, Jose made sure everything was accurate and perfect. As someone who regular eats at hotel restaurants while traveling this experience stood out as the very best I’ve had. I will make sure to tell all of my co workers who regularly travel to this area to come to the Sheraton for the wonderful service Jose P. and his team provided.

Pleasantly surprised with this “hotel restaurant”. The service was great, my server was very attentive to my needs and empty glasses… And the salmon on my salad was cooked very nicely. They also have a happy hour ($5 beverages) 5-7pm

I stayed at Sheraton Pasadena and had room service through their restaurant. The pizza was excellent and the staff was sooo nice! They brought me a menu and water too. The front desk was so helpful as well.

The food is less than average! The service was fine. I was not impressed. I am an Ambasador level with Marriott so I do travel alot. I recommend skipping this place and walking to a good bar/restaurant a few blocks away!
