The staff at the Plant location sees a lot of vegrants/homeless individuals in the area. We visited Saturday night and saw a few during our short stay. I was bothered that the staff isn’t more strict about ensuring the right orders are collected by the right group thru verifying the receipt or by name. Our order was picked up by someone else but had we not said something, he would’ve walked off with it. Very annoying. And the staff seemed unhappy as we witnessed an argument with another customer. Overall, while the food was delicious, the staff needs more training in customer service.

I lost my receipt to take the survey but I still wanted to give a shout-out to the black shirt on the closing crew tonight. They had a fat order come through just before our order and they bought most of the place out. They took our order and apologized that they ran out of fries. Then the order took a bit longer since they had to make about 15 burgers with the fries. The night crew manager gave us a milkshake for the troubles. Great customer service, very appreciative of the order updates and compensation.
