Extremely Ghetto. Drove up to menu board to hear someone saying the f word. After ordering and going to the window and sitting there the lady opened the window and i repeated my entire order and was accused of not paying? They never asked me for my card. After being asked to pull around, 20 minutes later Im the only car here sitting in the parking lot waiting for my food this is actually unbelievable. What makes matters worse is the unbelievably terrible attitude these kids have that work here

Very bad customer services. The women at the window and on the intercom are not meant to be in customer service. Very ghetto. I drove off and will not be returning to this location even though it’s 2 mins from my home. I rather drive 30 mins if I really want Dunkin’. I’m extremely disappointed with the new business that just opened in my neighborhood. I really wish some effort would have went into staffing. This is not a good look for Dunkin

Pretty bad. Total of about 15 min of waiting with only one car ahead of me. The cars behind me all eventually left. I only ordered one thing and they got it wrong. Unfortunately i didnt notice until i was already gone. (PSA- don’t assume a simple order can’t be completely botched. Always check your order before you pull out of the drive-thru) Waste of time and money.

I go to this Dunkin out of convenience for my morning commute. Though the typical 15-20 minute drive through line is highly inconvenient and having the inside closed adds to the frustration. Myself and others often leave the line simply due to running out of time to wait. The food is sometimes inconsistent and the coffee is as well in terms of add-ons. 1 cream can often result in what looks like a cup of milk (see photo) Which after a 15-20 minute wait can be….annoying.
