If you’re vegetarian, don’t go here. I ordered a black bean crunch supreme, took a few bites and realized I didn’t taste any beans. I looked and it was beef. As a vegetarian, I was very annoyed. They gave me no sauce either.

Horrible. This isn’t the first time either. Ordered online, drove to pick up. Waited 20 plus minutes in the drive through, finally went in. Waited another 20 plus to actually get order. Missing items, messed up the items that were in the bag, cold and soggy. Never again at that this location. I did check items in bag in store, but had 5 burritos I didn’t unwrap. Those were all wrong. Never again.

Drive thru is awful. Better off going inside. Sat there for 30+minutes trapped and watched people walk in and walk out with counter service before I was even able to order via the drive thru.

Check your bag. I just got home from driving 20 minutes and am missing my food. The staff is consistently unreliable to its customers and im tired of it. Train people to count and ensure they have the orders right or don’t hire them

If I could rate zero stars I would. I am appalled at the way we were treated when going through the drive through. WORST customer service I have ever experienced. In the middle of us asking a question they shut the window on us TWICE. I will make sure to never return to this location and everyone else should steer clear as well.

You’ll be lucky if they even take your order. Twice in the last month I’ve gone through the drive thru and they were only filling food delivery service orders. They wouldn’t even sell me two sodas once. The staff is generally nice, just very unaccommodating at times. Here’s a pic from when they actually took my order. Then they made me wait around the corner even though nobody was behind me.

Worsest Tacobell I have been to. Took them forever to take my order in the drive thru. They werent that busy at all. It was 11:15 a.m. When I went there only 4 car in the parking lot.
