Great food, but slow service. The pizza is fantastic, but in the tradition of Chicago style pizza joints, the food comes out slow. Not just the deep dish either, which normally takes 45 minutes. Our thin crust pizzas took over an hour to be ready while dining in.

Mother with her 3 young kids going out to dinner….This was our first time there and as much as I love Chicago style pizza, unfortunately we won’t be back. I have been in the restaurant industry a long time and I understand busy but when there are only a handful of tables in the restaurant and it takes over an hour and a half to get food, that’s a tad bit excessive. The server did great at first at trying to be attentive but then she faded fast. When we finally got our food and then our ticket, I noticed they overcharged me on my toppings for my pizza as well by $4. At that rate, I feel like I should be getting a huge discount not being charged extra. Not sure how they expect to stay in business like this but this was terrible.

Absolutely the BEST chicago style pizza I have ever had and we’ve been to all the greats in Chicago. Best thick pizza in the St. Louis area hands down! (Sorry Blackthorn!) Sauce is so tangy and delicious we order extra to smother on everything. And every time the owner has delivered to us he has been extremely friendly and helpful-we love this place!

HOLY DEEP DISH HEAVEN!!! This is the best Chicago style deep dish pizza in the St. Louis area. We decided to try A Better Pizza in O’Fallon with a group of friends last Saturday evening and I am SO glad we did! The owner is super nice and even sat with us and talked for a while, the staff were all nice and being our first time there, explained the different styles of pizzas and toppings they use. I would definitely recommend the pizza here . Whether you’re looking for that “Chicago style” pizza or just pizza and good food in general, this is a great choice!

This is hands down my favorite deep dish pizza in all of stl. If you love Chicago style deep dish you have to try their pizza! It is a hidden gem for sure. Not only is it delicious, but its filling too! I can never eat more than one slice at a time. This pizza feeds our family of 3 for 3 different meals. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!

Being from Chicago we’ve been looking for a place to remind us of hime. We have tried several other places that just don’t meet our expectations. This place has great pizza and beefs. We haven’t tried other items because of how good the pizza was. Owners are nice and new location has a nice settings for couples and small groups. They do take out and delivery as well. Don’t be afraid to try something new, there is a whole new world outside of IMO’S pizza.

Awful and if I could give zero stars, I totally would!!!! I just called to place an order and the girl on the phone was nice, but there was a guy in the background yelling the whole time. I place a $35.00 order and had a coupon for a free appetizer under $6.00. The guy in the background says she cannot get that. I asked why and he yelled in the background that it is not under $6.00. I asked the girl if the menu pricing online is not accurate, that it should be updated because that stated it was $5.95, which is obviously under $6.00. The guy in the background said that the customer should read. I asked who was screaming in the background and she told me it was the owner. I told her that I would not spend a dime of my money there because he is obviously a d bag that has no idea how unprofessional it is to scream at customers in the background. Awful experience and a sad excuse for a business owner!!!!!
