So I went through the drive-through and I ordered two smothered burritos from the coupon and buy one get one free and the total for one burrito was over $13 and when I get home there’s like nothing in my burrito it’s all tortilla there’s hardly any meat there about half the size of what you normally get from there and when I called she told me that that’s how they’re told to make them when you use your buy one get one free coupon, but they still charge you the full price for their other burrito and then they make you two little tiny burritos with a giant tortilla with almost all beans and barely any meat or cheese, not only did the food suck, but when I called, she was extremely rude to me ,what a ripoff, I will not be returning

i ordered a steak breakfast burrito and they gave me a bacon one. it was still good, but i had paid for the steak burrito so i went back to tell them it was the wrong order. they gave me the new steak burrito and it was delicious–but as i was finishing my last bites, i noticed a strange crunch that wasn’t in there before…there were MULTIPLE eggshells in my burrito. then i noticed they were scattered throughout, so i must have ingested egg shells. be careful!

This location of Abelardo’s is probably the best one in Omaha. I recently started going here after another location started going downhill with its quality and I couldn’t be happiest. Not only has this location always gotten my order right every time it is much faster and cleaner too. Definitely worth a visit if you are even remotely a fan of Mexican food made right

Very disappointed from their customer service. I ordered chicken fajitas and told them it’s number 22 as they have large menu. I didn’t receive my order and I got chicken quesadilla instead. I went back to get my order corrected and return the wrong order but the employee refused saying when she repeated the order she said chicken quesadilla mind you she has an accent and I did confirm it’s number 22. She refused to correct my order even I didn’t touch the wrong order. Just not how they should do business and the receipt doesn’t have any info about the order to confirm it myself

I used to love this place until I did DD on the weekends for extra cash and when I would go and pick up an order I would observe the cooks touch multiple raw meat products with their bare hands and then not wash said hands and touch veggies, chips or other food items without washing their hands or wearing gloves and the thought of how people have not gotten sick eating here is beyond me or they have and just don’t realize it… after seeing this I will never ever ever order from this place again

I just went there about two minutes ago to get some tacos. A guy in a black truck cut me off and then almost hit me. I stepped out to say hey you almost hit me and before I knew it. There was a Latino guy in a blue car right behind me in a parking spot asking me do I wanna die and calling me the B word. I will never go back there ever! Not only do they get my order wrong every time I go but I also have to be harassed because I’m African American. I didn’t even get a chance to order my food! I did contact law enforcement!

I like this place for quick bites when I’d really rather not cook and I’m coming home late from a volleyball match or the gym. They do great breakfast burritos and burritos in general. The Nebraska burrito is so great and greasy.
