Visited Mother Road Market with my family and stumble across Akira and decided to try them. I got the tonkotsu ramen with pork belly ( added medium spice) and salmon sashimi. The ramen was rich and flavorful. They gave more pork and vegetables than most other ramen place. The salmon was surprisingly good coming from a food court sushi place. It had a creamy fatty texture. Definitely will try again when I can’t decide on what to eat at the market.

Food was decent. Quick. The plates are HUGE compared to the trays, making it impossible to carry multiple things. When you only have 1 available hand to carry things with, plate/tray ratio size matters.

DAYLIGHT ROBBERY!!! I paid $17 for the 10 piece big daddy roll, very poor quality sushi. On top of that I had to wait for my food untill the cashier decided to show back up a few minutes later. (There was no line.)Tip for anyone who wants good quality sushi at way better prices, go to sprouts.
